I am pretty good, but currently having such a kinda mixed feeling: excited, blessed, anxious, and nervous are all at once. Next month is going to be challenging because I am going to wander to another place that is a bit far and quite different than before. Oh how I love Jogja and Bandung so much, so I hope this another-place will be also another 'home' for me as well. I keep wondering. Can I adapt to a new work environment with so many diversities? Can I keep up with those great colleagues? Can I voice what's on my mind easily to them? Despite those thoughts, I asked my mentor Russel how to face it and he gave me some tips. Here they are. Pertama-tama, saya mau update kehidupan, nih. Selain menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai karyawati startup, di akhir pekan terkadang saya menghabiskan waktu di tiga komunitas: Jendela, Nirwasita, dan Matahari. Singkat cerita, Jendela adalah komunitas yang memiliki visi meningkatkan budaya membaca pada anak, Nirwasita semacam study group dengan goal tiap individu anggotanya menjadi pribadi yang lebih mawas diri, dan Matahari adalah komunitas yang saya bangun bersama teman-teman dengan menggabungkan ide dari komunitas sosial lain yang pernah kami ikuti, yang kemudian kami bawa di sebuah panti sosial anak. Beruntung, karenanya saya jadi belajar banyak hal baru belakangan ini. Saya merasa bersyukur sekali, keingintahuan saya yang besar terhadap ilmu psikologi dan parenting (ehem!) bisa terfa...

Pemandangan favoritku setiap pagi :') *** Hai, sudah melek lagi? Selamat pagi! Kopi pahit? Teh melati? Ini juga ada roti. Manis sekali, habis diberi selai stroberi. Eh, ingin nasi? Sini sini, ku suapi sambil kau memakai kaos kaki. Risih? Ini efisiensi!  Amboi, pagi ini kau melamun lagi. Pahit kok diratapi? Kenapa seakan kau menikmati? Seakan menyiksa hati berubah status menjadi hobi. Sedih. Melihat kau hatiku pilu pedih. Ini terjadi setiap hari. Ku amati kau sibuk sekali--menanti takdir tentatif: yang pergi sudi kembali. Wahai kekasih hati, sesekali tengoklah kemari. Beri tahu apa yang kau cari. Yang rinci, agar celah itu bisa ku isi. Satu yang pasti, tiap kau berkecil hati, ingat aku selalu di sini. Keras membantu, Aku bersandiwara dengan penghargaan yang sengaja Aku rangkai diam-diam. Now I'm not a girl, not yet a woman. Hi a quarter life crisis! Money can be a serious issue if not handled properly. Should I feel weird about being single? Set more goals and evaluate the old ones. Start developing some good habits. Be mature. Be mature. Be mature. Be. Mature. I spent my first 18 years in Bekasi, then 6 years in Yogyakarta and am currently living in Bandung for about 6 months. I love to try new living experience in different places. I believe that it teaches me a lot and gives me so many new perspectives on life, since I have to adapt, make new friends and solve my problems all by myself. I am passionate about art since I was just a kid, despite the fact that I am a computer scientist by education. I just graduated last year from Computer Science at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Now I am working at a tech startup named UrbanIndo as a (literally junior) UI/UX Specialist. I love my field of work so I think of my job as a paid hobby.
